  Poor Customer Service. Bad return policy. I received damaged merchandise from Uniton. I had to return it at my expense and even though the promised to refund my money, they didn't until I eventually proceeded with legal action. They want a 20% restocking fee for damaged merchandise even though it is totally their fault.
  If you have any problems with the product that they sold you, just write it off as a loss and repurchase it somewhere else unless you're ready for a real battle. You're much better off just avoiding them completely.
